The Pawara team is formed with experts, who prepared to manipulate their knowledge in accomplishing designs and final products up to the clients’ intentions.
Following the sustainability as the theme, Pawara Technologia promotes economical and eco- friendly steel structures, prefabricated buildings, roof and mezzanines and renders other allied services.
Pawara services for total warehouse solutions includes designing, supplying and installation of imported racking systems and mezzanine floors, designing of locally fabricated mezzanine floors, supplying of logistic equipment, good hoists, conveyers, and material handling machineries.

Panduka Tennakoon
Managing Director
Panduka is a experienced professional with a Diploma in Aeronautical and Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, India. He began his career with distinction in the Sri Lanka Air Force, where he earned the Poornabhumi and Vadamarachchi operational medals for his service.
Following his military tenure, Panduka transitioned into the private sector, building over fifteen years of expertise in sales and marketing across diverse industries including material handling, construction machinery, material treatment and testing, and storage logistics systems. He has held key roles at leading companies such as DIMO, Browns, and United Motors.
His career also spans high-level management experience in the Middle East, where he specialized in lifting solutions, construction operations, material handling, and franchise development. In addition to his technical and commercial acumen, Panduka brings a wealth of knowledge in outbound management training, making him a versatile leader with a global perspective.
Kumudini Egalla
Director
Kumudini is a experienced Mechanical Engineer with a strong foundation in engineering and business management. She holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering and a Commonwealth Executive MBA (CEMBA) from the Open University of Sri Lanka, complemented by a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Statistics from the University of Moratuwa. She is also an Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers Sri Lanka (IESL).
Her career began in engineering marketing services at a water management company, where she honed her skills in technical communication and client engagement. She later returned to her alma mater to contribute to the Department of Mechanical Engineering, bringing academic and industry perspectives together.
For the past 13 years, Kumudini has been a key engineering professional at a leading storage racking company, specializing in total warehouse solutions and the design of steel structures. Her expertise spans structural design, project management, and customized engineering solutions for industrial storage systems. Additionally, she serves as external academic staff across both government and private higher education institutions, specializing in engineering and management.
